Tiffany is Practice Manager at GV Developmental Clinic and is currently completing her 4th (Honours) year in Psychology.

Tiffany has extensive experience in client services and administration, with a professional background spanning optical dispensing and retail management, as well as employment consultancy and team leadership, including the disability support sector.

In her role at the clinic, Tiffany ensures the smooth day-to-day running of operations, providing calm, efficient, and professional support to both clients and the clinical team. She is committed to creating a welcoming and well-organised environment that supports the delivery of high-quality services to the community.

Michelle is registered with ACA, and has worked in the NDIS field for the past 6 years as a support worker, support coordinator and psychosocial recovery coach. 

Michelle has extensive experience working with clients with Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Acquired Brain Injury, Intellect

Michelle is registered with ACA, and has worked in the NDIS field for the past 6 years as a support worker, support coordinator and psychosocial recovery coach. 

Michelle has extensive experience working with clients with Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Acquired Brain Injury, Intellectual Disability, PTSD, and terminal illnesses. Michelle has worked closely with First Nations people and services.

Michelle has a special interest in working with neurodiverse children and youth, and with their family members and/or carers, to offer help, support and understanding to all parties. 

Michelle has been described as kind, understanding, empathetic, funny and caring. She  works with a person-centred approach, and with a trauma informed lens. 

Michelle aims to offer help and support to clients so that they can continue to grow into the best version of themselves.

Raj Moorolia is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). With over 15 years of clinical experience in mental health services and specialist training in Australia, Raj provides compassionate, expert care to children and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health challenges—including anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Raj specialises in the assessment and support of young people with complex needs, including comprehensive developmental evaluations, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He brings advanced expertise in pharmacology and pathology interpretation to ensure safe, accurate diagnoses and tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.

With a strong focus on holistic and family-centred care, Raj offers child-parent psychotherapy to support relational healing and emotional development. He works collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary service providers to develop and implement personalised care plans that address the unique and often multifaceted needs of each child—promoting resilience, stability, and long-term wellbeing.

Dr Golhar provides consultation and treatment to young people and their families struggling with emotional and behavioural difficulties. He aims to empower clients and families to understand the various factors that may have led to the young person’s current mental health predicament. The young person and their family can then choose the evidence-based treatment strategy which is the best fit for them. 

Dr Golhar collaborates with the young person's GP, school, therapists, paediatrician and other health professionals and stake-holders, to strengthen the system of care around them and their family.

Tracy has been practicing in the Shepparton area for over 20 years.

Tracy's passion is infant mental health, the autism spectrum, and the supervision of provisional psychologists. This work includes a project role at GV Health (CAMHS) to build the capacity for ASD assessments in the local area. Tracy accepts select clients (under 2 years of age) at GV Developmental Clinic and supervises local and Melbourne based provisional psychologists and Clin Psychology registrars to fulfil her love of teaching the next generation of psychologists. 

Additionally, the Circle of Security model has become the ‘theory of everything’ for Tracy and she finds that running the Circle of Security Parenting program is one of the most rewarding elements of her work.

For the majority of this time, Susan's passion has been the provision of high quality assessment and support services for autistic children and adults. Susan is a former coordinator of the Autism Spectrum Assessment Team (ASAT) at GV Health's Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and in 2018 she founded the GV Developmental Clinic. Susan continues to support and advocate for autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people of all ages, holding particular interest in the appropriate assessment and correct diagnosis of females.
